evilmonkey454: I think this one has ran it's life. I also think one of the neighbors are destroying it from time to time. So good bye to this one.

Geocache Description:

This is Long Beach. Unless you are a Plymouth resident with a Long Beach Permit you will have to walk or ride a bike from the parking coordinates.

I was down in Plymouth the other day and saw this place had no caches, so I placed a few. The listed coordinates for parking is as far as you can go without the permit needed to drive the rest of the way (with a 4-wheel drive vehicle). However, I thought there was a need for some caches out here so I did just that. It is an amazing place to explore but you must obey the signs. Do not walk where it says you can not go as there is a great need to preserve this beach for as long as possible. I still think people should come out and enjoy it. I would recommend doing these caches in the off season as it can get very busy out here in the summer.

This is as far as I went out here today with the wind and cold, so that is why I'm calling it the end of the line. If you have a permit at the right time of year, I read you can drive out further by using the cross over.
