Mikki-b: Given is looks like it's gone missing, along with the reported appearance of 'private' signs, (They weren't there when I placed the the cache), I think it's time to archive this cache.
Reading football club have bought the nearby golf course, which has now closed. I suspect this is the cause of the 'private' signs going up and think that access to the lake will be restricted in the future. Given the uncertainty of what's happening in the area, I'm not going to to replace a missing cache until I know there will be public access to it. I'll keep an eye on the area.
Shame for this one to go.
