A multi stop Puzzle cache
The cache is not at the posted Coordinates. Start at the coordinates and proceed Northeast. From the coordinates begin counting the double fence posts on the west side of the road until you come to the fourth set. This is your first stop. Find the marked post of the pair and take an accurate reading of this point. Record these coordinates in the format N ab cd.efg W hi jk.lmn
Now follow the road leading Northwest until you find a mailbox with the number 471. Across the street is a fence post marked in the same way as the first one. Record these coordinates in the same format as before.
For the final coordinates take your first reading and add 0.26 to the North (latitude) which you recorded as cd.efg. Take your second reading and subtract 0.35 from the West (longitude)
