A Real Puzzle Mystery Cache

The puzzle has been released as a travel bug, and this allows those who wish to take up the challenge to easily locate it. If it is in a cache, you can go to that cache to retrieve it. If it is in another geocacher's possession, you can send them an e-mail to see if you can be the next in line. Keep in mind that once the puzzle is in your possession, you may also be e-mailed. Once you have solved the coordinates, please place the Travel Bug in another cache within the Regina area for the next cachers to find!

Do not search for the cache between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., as City of Regina Bylaw 2004-27 section 5(1) states "No person shall remain in a park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m."
