Container and log have been removed because of remodeling of the Old Jail. To log this cache as FOUND describe in your log a few of the new changes you can see. CONTAINER and LOG have been REMOVED....

The County Jail was built in the 1860's and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The jail was used for over a hundred years until a slightly more modern facility was built. I personally didn't see a problem with the old one.
If you want to know a detailed history of the jail copy and paste this link to your browser. pdfhost.focus.nps.gov/docs/NRHP/Text/04000791.pdf The link is to a copy of the the application to the National Register of Historic Places.
You are looking for a half of a contact lens container with log only. Day light hunting only. Your GPS will get a bit whacky up next to the structure so I suggest you get a good reading from the parking lot and follow the pointer. The hint will make it very clear where to look.
Remember you are near the County Courthouse. Be smart while looking for this cache.
