Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Rich Mountain Wildlife Management Area, on top of Cold Mountain. It was placed when I went and did Short bus, and Solaros Cache. We decided that there should be one where you had to at least walk part of it. We just had to make one where you could not just drive up to with the right kind of vehicle (ie.Land-Rover or Jeep).

The Cache is in a 30-caliber ammo box (largest that fit in the Camelbak).
Original Contents of cache are,

2 Geocaching Compass Keychain
1 GGA Mug
2 Devil Balls
2 Excuse Balls
1 Golden Dollar (Yes that is all the money)
1 Frog
1 Pack of 4 AA batterers
9 Geocaching Magnets
1 Mini Biner
1 Blaze Orange Safety Vest
1 GGA Cap
1 Geocaching Cap
6 Home Made Geocaching Cling Decal (by Allen Lacy)

Obligatory list of potential dangers: exhaustion, dehydration, wildlife counters, and loose footing.

Some benefits of caching.
1. A chance to play with one of my techno-toys.
3. Get's me off the couch.
2. A reason to be outside.
4. Exercise.
5. Discovery.
6. Accomplishment.
7. Enjoyment.
8. See places and things that I would have never had visited had it not been for the Geocaching incentive.
9. Takes us to places we would never think to go.

REMEMBER TO WEAR BLAZE ORANGE DURING HUNTING SEASONS!!
