Leap years are added because the earth takes about 365 and a quarter days to get around the sun. Actually closer to 365.242 or so, which means that there will be no February 29, 2100, nor in 2200, nor 2300, but there was in 2000 and will be in 2400. Here's a cache that is all about measurement uncertainties.
From the given coordinates, travel in a northerly direction about the length of 4 Harvard Bridges (from Boston to Cambridge). Can't be much more precise than that since there is a 130 foot discrepency between published measurements. Right around this point, you will see a sign that is about 1.702 meters or 5 foot 7, give or take an ear, though taller than that.
From this sign go 197 feet at a bearing of (14 X the number of "about"s I typed on this page (thus not counting logs, nor Groundspeak-produced words)) degrees.
You're looking for something a little larger than a 35 mm container.
