Geocache Description:

Update 5/6/2015: The cache was again replaced and moved slightly. The container is now one of those bonus containers that comes inside a bison tube. The hint still applies. Reminder: not reachable from the bike path. There is a (usually) unlocked gate 150 ft. to the southwest.

Calleguas Creek Spillover. Just upstream of where Calleguas Creek goes under Adolfo Road. For extra credit post a photo of the spillover actually spilling over.

This is a limited opportunity cache. This spillover only flows a few days each year. I originally wanted to make it a requirement to post a photo of the spillover actually spilling over but ALRs (Additional Logging Requirements) are no longer allowed on physical caches. So now you need to get out here and get a photo from the cache location and post it in your log only if you want extra credit. You do not need to show yourself or friends in the photo but that's OK too. Logs without photos will not be deleted. Extra credit cannot be cashed (cached?) in for anything.

Note: The creekside walk/bike path is usually closed when the creek is flowing so the cache is not on that side of the chain link fence. However, the cache is barely visible from the bike path if you know exactly where to look.
