annakido: Checked on this again now that the water has gone down and it is indeed not there. Since this location tends to flood I won't be replacing it. Fortunately there were no TBs in it.

This was placed as a February 29th geocache. It is a Park n' Grab along Hwy 61 just down from Winona.
Most of my caches are placed with an intention of some sort of adventure, or a neat place to see or hike. This one is different, it is placed for the sole purpose of giving geocachers driving Hwy 61 a cache to find on their way to the Feb. 29th Events that I cannot attend since I work second shift. So this is how I'm participating.
