Geocache Description:

This is a multi in downtown Fullerton which may require your TOTT kit.

For this closely-spaced multi, you will begin at the plaque for the Fullerton Downtown Plaza. You must solve this puzzle to get the coords for waypoint 2:

you must unscramble the word ROLNELUFT, then assign each letter of that word a number from left to right starting with the number 1.  Assign numbers to each DIFFERENT letter. There should be numbers 1-8. Once completed the coords will correspond with the following letters:
LL.RU.LUL
FFO.RR.LER
Waypoint 2 is in Plaza Park and features a mural by a local artist. Look for the coords which will take you to WP3.
WP3 takes you where you need to find the coords for the final WP. Once there, you will be looking out into the plaza, across from the Fullerton Museum and the site of a seasonal beer garden and farmer's market.
The Fullerton Museum regularly hosts the Fender exhibit as Leo Fender was a Fullertonian musician and founder of Fender Guitars. This is the site of the final cache.
