A leap day special! These only come out once every 4 years, so I did what I could to build a cache with a lot of special traits to help with other challenges. This cache was not only placed on a hard to find "cached placed day" but also includes symbols, begins with a "V" and has "frog" for an animal.
You are looking for a screaming - big eyed frog. He has SO much stress on him, he is hiding from the muggles and there are lots of creepy crawlies around. (I didn't see any that would bite, but there were lots of little white millipede looking things when he hopped into the spot... use glove or a stick to check area prior to grabbing the frog.) Please bring tweezers and a pen as the container is small... please place him back exactly as you find him so that he remains hidden from the muggles in the area.
