I've been eying this spot for some time with plans for a custom-container. Then, things got busy, I needed to keep my commitment to place a new cache for teamajk's Leap Day event, and so the cache you are looking for is now a standard magnetic key container.
I crossed paths with teamajk right before I came out to make the placement and then, strangely, she seemed to be going the same place I was. Once here, we discovered that we both had plans to place a cache in the exact same spot at the exact same time. It *is* a funny little geo-world!
