A small Lock & lock container close to a leap year event
I couldn't let Truegeo & Avanclan hog the whole area for themselves with caches before the Leap Year event!
A Quick note to future Geocachers, This series of caches were placed as part of the 2012 Leap year event and thus all run on the same theme, (Oh and if you also note all the cache names are anagrams for Leap Year).
