Happy Leap Day! Every four years, you get a magical extra day. Nothing that happens on leap day counts, except of course for placing or finding a cache. This cache is an easy one with a nice view of Cheat Lake, so that everyone can experience a Leap Day Miracle.
Also, don't forget to wear yellow and blue to celebrate the occasion with the Holiday's new mascot, Leap Day William. He lives in the Mariana Trench and emerges every four years to trade children's tears for candy.
