This is a great area with plenty going on for kids in the Summer although it can be very quiet in the winter so you have a choice when to search.
Go to the "Cleddau Reach", East Llanion, park on the water front side of the Pembrokeshire Adventure Centre and walk round the back, starting your search from the steps in the far right hand corner of their car park. It's a climb all the way from here. Warning it could be hard going for some. The outdoor gym may be busy in the Summer, don't worry, just walk on through. Having said that if you are local you will know the odd little parking area's above the sight and you could reach the " lonesome pine " from behind the empty work units, in fact you can see it from here. If you are visiting the area then it's better if you follow the original directions. ...... Enjoy
