Der Weiße Riese ist nicht nur ein Waschmittel, sondern auch Wohn- und Wirkungsstätte einiger hundert Menschen im Arabellapark in München Bogenhausen.
Da ich hier nun schon seit einigen Jahren ein- und ausgehe, musste auch unbedingt einmal ein Cache hierher (um genau zu sein mein erster...), da die Gegend ohnehin recht mau bestückt ist.
Achtung: Koordinaten und Cache geändert!Leider ist der vorherige Behälter öfters weggekommen, daher habe ich ein neues Versteck gesucht. Ihr sucht nun eine Filmdose, nicht direkt am Gebäude.
Trotz des Koordinatenupdates werfen die beiden großen Gebäude wohl immer noch einen zu großen Schatten. Daher ist ein Blick auf Google-Maps sicher empfehlenswert. Wenn ihr möchtet, könnt ihr gerne eure Koordinaten posten.
Rollstuhlfahrer: Sollten nun eigentlich kein Problem mehr haben (wenn doch, bitte schreibt das!).
Und noch ein Hinweis für diejenigen, die sich vl. etwas zuviel erwarten: nein, die Lokation ist landschaftlich nicht besonders ansprechend, das Gebäude ist historisch nicht so wertvoll, dass es sich einen Cache verdient hat. Aber: Probiert doch mal den Inder aus - das lohnt sich!

The "Weißer Riese" ("White Giant") is a building for many offices and flats and offers a lot of people place to work and live. It is located in the western part of Munich / Bogenhausen.
As this is my second part of my life for several years now, I've been convinced, that there has to be a (better: my first) Geoache near to this (and one reason may also be, that there aren't too much in this area).
Attention: Coordinates and the cache have been changed!As the cache before has been muggled some times, I looked after another possiblity to hide it. You are looking after an ordinary film can which is not hidden directly on any of the bigger buildings.
Despite the location-change the two buildings seem to produce a big GPS-shadow. A look on Google-Maps is recommended. If you'd like, you are welcome to post your coordinates.
Wheelchair users: Should have no problem anymore - if so, then please post it in your log!
Another Information: Please do not except too much from this cache. The location is not as nice as in the Alps and the building is not so old, that it is rellay worth a cache. But just try the Indian restaurant - it's really good!
