Geocache Description:

A small cache an easy 1-mile RT hike along the Corral Trail from Coe Headquarters.

I was out for a hike in Coe heading much farther out, but looking for places to leave a cache or two as I went. I saw this nice spot near a bench but, even though none showed on my GPSr, I had a strong sense of deja vu. I poked about a bit and found a cache. Checked, and sure enough we had signed the log back in 2007. After I got home, I did some investigation and determined that it was a Marky & Joanie cache, M&J Geobeads #2 - Didn't Find It, GCP2WZ, that had been archived apparently because nature "rearranged" the hiding spot so it was no longer hidden as intended. However, thanks to a good "recovery" effort by Touchstone in January of last year, the cache itself is still in good shape. With M&J's concurrence, I am "reviving" the cache under a new listing. Cache is the original container and I have left the original log. It shows a bit of age, but has plenty of room for more signatures and has the history of visitors to the original cache. The first to find the new listing is requested to simply mark the identity of the new cache at the end of the current signatures and sign there. Cache is a decon container with the contents as they were when the previous cache was archived. Enjoy the walk down memory lane!
