This area was once used by boaters, campers & people having picnics. Due to budget restraints, it has now been closed for many years and is becoming quite overgrown. It is, however, available to geocachers willing to take a nice walk to find a cache.
Park at the closed gate. This cache is located not too far from that point. You are looking for a film can with special camo! It should be easy to find! The cache was a gift received during a gift exchange at an event in Russellville last December.
Other geocaches await you farther within the park. It is an easy walk to those caches, mostly on pavement. But carry some water with you, especially during the warmer months. Bug spray is also advisable.
