This cache is situated on the public footpath that runs along the south side of the meandering River Ystwyth on it's journey's end to the sea. The National Cycle Route 81 on the North side of the river can be used to make a lovely circular walk/ride to find caches hidden on that side too. You are looking for a nano. Please bring a pen to sign the log. PLEASE DO NOT PULL THE GRASS OUT WHEN LOOKING!
There used to be Harness Racing or Trotting races taking place in the nearby fields. Looking on the satellite map you can clearly see the half-mile circular race track used! Now they're held at other local locations around Ceredigion. Spectators can stand trackside to get the most enjoyment of watching the action, as drivers combine skill and tactics with the athletic pace of the world's fastest in-harness breed of horse...the American Standardbred.
