Tried to think of a good name - something unique and special for this one. Then I remembered that, last night at midnight the atomic clock in Boulder, Colorado had to be adjusted by one second to account for all the fractions of seconds that accumulated during leap years. The atomic clock could not be stopped, but it could be programmed to read 11:59:59, 11:59:60, 12:00:00, thus the leap second. Did you notice that extra second of sleep you got this morning?
This cache has absolutely nothing to do with the leap second except it should be easy enough for you to take a second, leap out and sign the log. Well, it may take a little longer, but you get the idea.
No FTF prize, but it's a smiley at least. Good luck and please hide back as found or better.
