How do you get to this cache? If you look at a map it is pretty simple but if you just follow the cords it could be pretty frustrating. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS CACHE FROM THE PARKWAY as this would be dangerous and probably illegal. And anything illegal is the last thing you want to do near this cache as it would not take long for the authorities to arrive (by foot anyway).
You are looking for a peanut butter jar hidden near a lower parking lot shared by the apartment complex and the office building that houses the city police station. There are rarely any cars parked in the lot and muggle traffic is low. Please re-hide the cache well as the local jail inmates clean this area very well several times each year (but don't worry they are guarded well and when not working the jail is actually on the other end of town).
