｢山の辺の道｣は史実に現れる我が国最古の道で、大和平野(奈良盆地)の東側に連なる山々の｢山の裾｣に位置するゆえ｢山の辺｣の道ということです。
道は長く繋がっておりますがその一部である山の裾の道だけにつけられた名称です。
脚光を浴びるようになったのもつい最近のことでしょう。
風光明媚のうえ古墳、古社寺、旧跡が多く点在し、この道は｢歴史街道｣そのものです。
現在は歴史探索以外にハイキングコースとして多くのハイカーで賑わっておりますが、昔は日常生活の経済活動で往来しているうちに必然的に道が出来ていったのでしょう。
"Yamanobe-no-michi" is a way of appearing in our country's oldest historical fact, many dotted with burial mounds, old temples, and historic sites of scenic planted, this road is "historical highway" that is.
天理から山辺の道を南下する場合、だいたいここから入ります。
｢山の辺の道｣には飲食店は所々にありますが、｢弁当｣を開くに適した場所は多く、冬以外は弁当を持参された方が良いでしょう。
｢トイレ｣は数多く設置されており心配はいりませんが、すべてが理想的な清潔な施設とは言えませんでした。
それに比べて、中間点には｢天理市トレイルセンター｣という豪華な施設があります。
トレイルとは訊ねますと小径とか獣道の意味だそうです。
それから言うと、｢山の辺の道｣というより歴史の香りを求める｢古代歴史の小径｣と言ったほうが適切かも知れません。
山の辺の道は平坦なところが多く、激しいアップダウンはほとんどありません。
小さなお子さんからお年寄りまで気軽に歩ける道です。
また、途中どこで歩くのを止めても、駅やバスが近くに通っているので、体力に自信のない方でも安心ですし、後日また途中から続きを歩くこともできます。
There are many restaurant in Yamanobe-no-michi, but I recommend that you bring the lunch box so many good places for eat that.
There are many toilet in the middle, but all is not a clean facility is ideal.
If you found a clean toilet, you must use it.
Where the road is often flat.
It is a way feel free to walk from small children to the elderly.
You can be interrupted at any time in the middle of tired, so that through the bus station and close to, and you can also walk from the middle also continued at a later date.
