Water is the staff of life. Nothing on this earth can survive without water. And of course this most importantly means man. According to the Mayo Clinic the average male adult should drink 3.7 liters of water a day and the average for women is 2.7 liters. This of course varies greatly with the size of the body, the activity rate and the location (temperature).
The average daytime temperatures here in the Inland Empire during the summer are around 100 degrees in the months of July and August and can exceed 110 degrees on any given day. So water consumption buy geocachers is critical to maintain a healthy body.
