Terrace Park Traditional Cache

This is an easy cache in a park, great for kids willing to get their hands dirty.
Note 6/3/12: We think this cache may no longer be in its original location... please confirm if you try to find it and that's the case.
Terrace Park has a nice playground for toddlers and one for grade schoolers. Lovely for a simple picnic, there are restrooms near the cache site.
Look along the edge of the park. The cache is hidden where we hope it will not be removed by workers or by rain!
The plastic container has a log book and some trinkets.
