Since everyone is Irish for a while on St Patricks day, a quick Flash Mob to prove it.
Wander around the area until 11:00. At 11:00, a horn will sound, gather at Ground Zero for a picture. 11:08 picture to be taken. 11:15 horn will sound to end the event.
Bring a 3X5 card with your caching name on it for logging requirements and place in the green container.
Feel free to stay in the park and cache, there are 6 caches here. Or you should have time to make the Erie event at 1pm. Then there is the greenway trail, loaded with caches. Not to mention the surrounding cities. Plenty of choices.
Dress warm as this is by the lake and can be colder then in the city.
