Muggle activity has brought about the relocation of the cache. This has changed the coordinates, the description, the attributes, as well as the 'Hint'
The cache is marked as "other", for logging a ball point or felt tip will work best (all will work), but these are better. Log Only, bring your own writing instrument. It is just off a paved street. It is no longer as easily accessible as it was and can NOT be considered Handicapped Accessible. You can park with in a few feet of the cache. If you are here at the proper time of day you can sit and watch the trains go by - both ways.
