Geocache Description:

Bring the kids for a play in the playground!

This is a puzzle/mystery cache! Answer the questions and use the answers to find the coordinates.
1) Who was the song 'Vincent' by Don McLean about? (surname).
2) When was Vincent born? (day, month, year)
3) In which year did he paint 'Starry Night'?
4) What date did he die?
Now, for 'Southern' coordinates, reverse the last two digits of the year he was born. Add a degree 'o' symbol. To get the next number, add 2 to his birth month, and put a zero before the answer.
Now put a decimal.
Next, add 179 to the day he was born (eg, 10th plus 179= 189).
To find the 'Eastern' coordinates, take away 1751 from the year that he painted 'Starry Night'. Add a degree symbol.
Add together the day and the month that he died and then minus 2. Decimal.
Take 1402 from the year that he died.

You now have the coordinates to find 'For Vincent'.
If your coordinates are correct you will find a children's playground nearby on a street (Court) with the name of something you don't see on a Starry Night!
Happy Geocaching!
