The Catskill Foresst Preserve is for the Outdoorsperson. The Perserve encompasses the four counties of Deleware, Greene, Sullivan and Ulster. Whatever your favorite outdoors activity may be (of course it's Geocaching!), the Catskill Forest Preserve has it all from fishing the many creeks (fishing in Roscoe in Sullivan County is a MUST), to skiing the many slopes (Bellarye, Highmount, Windham or Hunter Mountains), to hiking the various Mountains or rail trails, to tubing the Esopus Creek, and of course everyone favorite - GEOCACHING. There are many outstanding caches to be found by the likes of Catskill's Live, Mark B., a&wcachers, Barefoot Bear, Shelley PBC, at-at walkers, CDParker, and many more. So, stop by the area and enjoy!
