Geocache Description:

Posted coordinates are for parking. Cache is a clear plastic box with a green lid.

You will need to print this page to have with you as you seek your final coordinates. A small flashlight is recommended since the cache is back up in under a rock so watch out for critters!
All clues are on the main trail going up.

N 35 5__ __ __ __

The first thing to look for is a shadow-box on the building as you start your hike. What is the mile marker for Cumberland Knob? The last number there is the last blank space for West.
Count the vertical post on either side of the long bridge...divide by 3 & get the next to last number for West. By staying on the main path & always heading up keep count of the bench's along the trail & add 1 for the remaining empty space in West.
When you reach the second bench sit down & take a break. There are four large trees in front of you at 10, 11. 1, & 2 o'clock, how many do you see in this semi-circle that are around 6" thick....add this number to 2 for your last blank space in North.
When you come upon a covered building you will also see a sign about a "smoke-stack"...add the first number to 3 for the first space in North.
Have a seat in the middle of the building and count the vertical post holding up the building, put this number in the third blank space for North. Don't include these seats in your bench count.
Now look up & see what date did "Ryan B" visit, the last number goes in the second blank space for North.(This clue has gone missing so it's a 9)

YOU SHOULD NOW HAVE ALL YOUR COORDINATES & you don't have far to go. The trail will zig-zag around to the cache. After your find stop & check out all the overlooks on your way back down, it's a very neat place.

Original contents are: Easy & Oldies CD, Meat Thermometers, Syringe Pen, 2 Water Guns, Bike Hooks, Fishin' Lure, Small Pocket Knife, Bass Light, Miss Addy's trademark Butterfly & "Alex the Traveling Gator".
The final 20' feet are the toughest so please be careful.
