OM #9 Light Trail


A small container holding a waterproof container.

Part of the Oak Mountain (2-mile) Power Loop, this cache is on the Eagle Scout's Light Trail that covers about one mile with a very slight elevation gain.

This marked trailhead is within the main campground near a proper restroom and not all that far from the park's country store.

Do you have water? You'll need it before you are done today. If you park near here, you might can grab a shower before heading home.

Manageable parking for two or three vehicles can be found at the far end (near Cache #1) which connects to the Park's main road.

This is an old park road that could be ridden by bicycle, driven by crazed jeeper, or completed by an old geezer using a powered buggy stolen from Wal-Mart.
