This quacker is located along Chaparral Road near a neighborhood shopping center. Parking is available on the west end of Randy's Restuarant which is located in the center.
This is definitely a high muggle area. Stealth and deception will often be required.
Cache is small. It contains log and a few trinkets for trade. Please make sure it is tucked away out of sight.
