Flash mob at 0900 on March 31.
A group of notorious geocachers, Boreal Walker (Peter), Accordiongal (Jean), and EskoClimber (Scott), from far away lands are planning to visit a number of Lincoln geocaches over the weekend. I've heard about this and suggested a fun get together here at Amber. This may be a highlight and give everyone a chance to meet some out-of-towners and cheer them on this special Lincoln cache!
So how can this flash mob rate a 3/3.5? Well, the event is ON the structure!
Plan to arrive no later than 9AM.
By 9:05 folks will make their way onto the structure for a group picture (approximately 9:10). An official photographer will be taking the shot from the top of the hill, so send Stinky an email if you'd like to apply for the official photographer position. [Please include puzzle hints and/or cash for serious consideration.]

P.S.: Bonus points for anyone that can tell me WHAT THE HECK ARE THESE STRUCTURES? I think they may be for erosion control, but I can't image how they help.
