Geocache Description:

A small camo'd lock 'n' lock.


The trail on the west side of Northwest Branch is even more rugged than on the eastern side. There are some steep elevation changes and several downed trees blocking the path. The cache is well off the trail and will require hiking up a steep embankment. I suggest parking at the WSSC lot (see parking waypoint) because you will be able to cross the stream there via a bridge. Crossing the stream without a bridge is very difficult and would necessarily entail wet boots.
