SCRABBLE SCRAMBLE TEAM EVENT

10AM - 5PM

SAUBLE BEACH, ONTARIO

Calling all geocachers for participation in this fun geocaching event centred around a geocaching
SCRABBLE SCRAMBLE.

Come join us early for a MEET and GREET, and the swapping of caching stories.

GZ for this 2nd annual SCRABBLE SCRAMBLE is the SAUBLE BEACH PAVILION.

This is a RAIN or SHINE event.

After lunch, all teams will be enjoying an afternoon of TEAM FUN playing a game of geocaching scrabble, in which your team will have an opportunity to collect game pieces, which will then be placed on a game sheet when you return.

There will be prizes for the highest scoring team and more.

ONLY 25 TEAMS CAN PLAY SO REGISTER EARLY

* Teams must be 2 – 4 players
* All team members must ride in the same vehicle
* Rules will be explained in detail the day of the event
* Please include the geocaching.com user names of your team members and indicate the total number of people in your team when you log your “will attend”

10:00AM – 11:30AM...we will meet at the Sauble Beach Pavilion in Bannister Park
11:30AM - 12 noon...feasting time...bring your picnic lunch
12 noon - 12:30PM...hand out SCRABBLE SCRAMBLE sheets with rules
12:30PM – 4:00PM...SCRABBLE SCRAMBLE seeking
4:00PM...all teams must report back to the check-in table by this time, the latest
4:00PM - 4:15PM...Scrabble word forming and scoring, with prizes to follow
5:00PM...The End! Hope you had fun!

THERE WILL BE A DONATION BUCKET...PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING A LOONIE OR 2 FOR THE RENTAL OF THE PAVILION
