We thought their was a distinct lack of caches in our hometown village, so decided to remedy it. This is intended to link the windmill walk/bears box set of caches in Coleorton, to Pauls painting remembered in Griffydam, by-passing our second placement (time for school). I played for hours on the recreation ground as a kid and remember it fondly, so thought it would be an ideal nostalgic stash. Accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs in good weather, else could be bit muddy in winter periods. Loads of parking at location plus pub nearby if you need to refresh after hard days caching!! Ideal for kids as this is a large playing field with a few playground obstacles. Also great place for taking dog for a walk. Medium sized click top container, big enough for trackables. Originally placed with: playing cards, compact mirror, rubber snakes and butterfly rubber inside along with log, pencil and geocache guidelines. Enjoy!!!
