Geocache Description:

Easy two-stage micro near a monument to victims of radiation accidents and disasters, more commonly known as the Chernobyl monument

The monument
Chernobyl monument. Russian word on top means "REMEMBER"
The Chernobyl disaster was the worst nuclear disaster in the world. It happened on the 26th of April, 1986, in small Ukrainian town of Pripyat, where Chernobyl nuclear power plant was constructed several years before. Due to the violation of rules of exploitation of the reactor, a reactor vessel was ruptured and a series of explosions occurred. The resulting fire sent a plume of highly radioactive smoke fallout into the atmosphere and over an extensive geographical area. More than 350000 people were resettled from radiation-contaminated areas. The town of Pripyat was fully abandoned. More than 30 people were killed by radiation in the first days (mostly firemen and station workers). More than 200000 people (estimated) had health problems due to the Chernobyl disaster.
To find this cache you should go to the monument. There is a stone to the left of it with several lines of text. Some "O" letters of this text are performed as bore holes. X is the number of holes. Then you should find the construction year of the monument. Let its last figure will be Y.
The cache is located at N59 58.5(X*2)2 E030 24.(Y*3)00.
