I have wanted to put a cache here for a long time. On the map, this will appear to be in the center of Rt. 195. However, as the name suggests, the cache is above the highway on the footbridge linking India Point Park and the Fox Point section of the city.
As with all of the other caches in this series, the cache is the standard nano, a black blinkie. Bring a writing utensil.
There are some really pretty views of the port of Providence from the bridge, including my new favorite addition to the landscape: 3 big, gorgeous windmills.
The cache can be accessed from either side. It is probably closer to park on the Fox Point side, but parking is trickier. There is a free lot at India Point Park, about .20 away.
