The published coordinates show the front of Higashi branch office. The cache is hidden somewhere in Gamagori City. The road origin stone (Douro-genpyo) was installed in villages, towns and cities all of Japan in 1920. The total institution of the road origin stone is 12,244 sets equally to the number of villages, towns and cities of those days. The existing exact number has not clarified. Now, They are unnecessary, but I think there is a historical value as a monument. A tiny cache with magnets is waiting for you.

道路元標とは大正9年頃にその当時の全国の市町村に道路の基準となる標石が各一箇所設置されました。今では役目を終え道程にひっそりと残っている事でしょう。町名変更や道路の拡張により現在では元の設置位置になく移動されたか、破壊された道路元標も数多いと思います。詳しい情報も乏しいこれらの石たち、是非探し出して下さい。幸運を祈ります。
