Ob jetzt 300 oder 1000 Jahre alt (hier scheiden sich Fachleute und Legende) - die Eiche ist eben aus Eiche und steht noch immer. Ob man den heraus gebrochenen Betonkern liegen lassen sollte oder nicht ist Ansichtssache. Schön aussehen tut es jedenfalls nicht.
Schaut sie Euch an und entscheidet selbst wie alt sie sein könnte.

- Ihr befindet Euch in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Bitte verhaltet Euch dementsprechend - die Wege müssen zum Heben des Caches nicht verlassen werden!
- Ihr müsst auch den eingezäunten Bereich nicht betreten! Dies gilt nicht nur Eurem eigenen Schutz, sondern auch dem des Biotops, das sich am und um den alten Baum entwickelt hat.
- Die Hasbacher Straße wird von Ende Februar bis ca. Mitte Mai täglich von 18:00 - 08:00 wegen der Krötenwanderung gesperrt.

The old Oak Tree
If 300 or 1000 years old (experts vs. old legends) - she's a German Oak, so this old lady is still standing. Regarding the old concrete core, it's a matter of opinion if to remove it or not. Anyhow, it doesn't look nice.
Have a look and try to figure out how old she is.
Attention:
- This cache is located in a conservation area. Please treat it with respect - you don't have to leave the path to find the cache.
- Also, please don't step behind the balustrade! This is not only for your own safety, but also to safe the biotope that grew on and around the old tree.
- During the toad migration time (end of February until middle of May) the Hasbacher Straße is closed from 18:00 - 08:00 daily.
