Small camouflaged container at a beautiful spot on Liberty Reservoir. Less than half-mile walk to the cache on mostly a fire road, only difficult terrain is at the hide sight.
Beautiful views from here, please post photos, should be nice any time of year. Parking is only available dawn to dusk, just a pull off from MD 32. It is not advisable to pursue this hide after dark; use appropriate risk management. No motorized vehicles are permitted in this area. Coordinates were averaged with 5 samples, so they should be pretty accurate.
WARNING: From September to January this is very active deer hunting territory. Take all necessary precautions when entering and searching this area.
As with all your searches, please do some research, and use good voyage planning techniques. Know your limitations, employ risk management, and don’t take on something that is beyond your capability. Some of you do this all the time, some rarely; in the end, it is you who are accountable for what happens to you, mentally, emotionally and physically as the result of seeking this hide.
