Another Rhode Island milestone cache.
In March, 2009, we hit 1000 active caches in Rhode Island (taking over 9 years to get there). Here we are, just three years later and we are 2000 active caches. According to a reliable source, there have been nearly 4000 caches palced in Rhode Island since December 2000. That's a lot of caches for such a small state!
So when will #3000 be published?
I would also like to thank someone else who was instrumental in making this milestone a possibility. If it weren't for the hard and thankless work of GPSFUN, we wouldn't be celebrating. I know I speak for many of the locals when I say "Thanks, GPSFUN".
