The rules!!
This challenge is to get a smiley at 5 caches, that's all, just 5. However, the caches have to be in 5 different states. Oh, and one other thing, the 5 caches have to be the oldest active cache in each state (i.e., not archived at this time) or country. There are some states that have 2 "oldest" caches because one may have been archived at some point and the other has not, or some other controversy (like Ohio). Either of those caches will work for a state. All previous finds count for this cache. Not sure if you have the oldest in the state? To check, go to hide and seek a cache and use the by state option and then sort the caches by date placed. As stated, some caches may count even if they are listed as second.
