Cache is located in public recreation area, on an island in a little pond. When I placed it on 3/4/01, the pond was frozen. I have no idea how deep it is so be careful! Cache is in an ammo box on top of the ground,12 ft. S.W. of the dead tree trunk. There are nature trails with educational signs and a nice creek here also.Raft or other sort of water craft is recommended as this pond has been deemed too nasty to swim and too deep to wade by cachers who logged it before.
