Geocache Description:

A little cache on the outskirts of Dogtown: a traditionally Irish-American neighborhood in St. Louis.

If you're feeling lucky, there are many spots throughout this park to look for four leaf clovers.

Street parking is available within 160 feet of the cache. Use the parking waypoint with turn-by-turn GPS navigational devices. The cache may be wheelchair and stroller accessible, but the most direct approach requires crossing a busy street, over a curb and onto an inclined, grassy surface.

Dogtown, depending on who you ask, is composed of 4 separate neighborhods: Clayton/Tamm, Cheltenham, Franz Park and Hi Pointe.

Since 1984, on St. Patrick's Day, Dogtown hosts the Ancient Order of Hibernians' parade, which starts a little over 1,000 feet from the cache location at the intersection of Oakland and Tamm Avenues.

The Ancient Order of Hibernians is the oldest Irish Fraternal organization in the United States, having been formed in New York in 1836.

Previous to 1984, the AOH participated in the City of St. Louis' St. Patrick's Day parade. Due to disagreements between the parade organizers, the AOH decided to start their own parade in Dogtown which would emphasize Irish patriotism, Catholicism and Irish families and clans.

Please take care to replace the cache in a secure spot where it is safe from a lawnmower.

**-Update June 3rd, 2012:
I've upped the difficulty a half point as I had previous hint requests and also because I carefully placed some possible decoys around GZ.-**
