Just Dew It. Traditional Cache
Tom.dog: What was once the frontage road is now a buldozed mess in the midst of highway expansion. No purpose in keeping these around since they're either buried or destroyed now.

Quick cache along the old frontage road.
Please be very cautious while doing the caches I have set up on this road! There is no serious danger unless you get too close to the highway or access these caches from the highway. All caches are on the North bound side of the frontage road, keeping you away from I-25. Park where you feel comfortable near the intersection of Jackson Creek Parkway and Higby Road, then bike or walk in. Running is great too, the LP XC team does a few road runs along here in the Fall (if you see the yellow paint lines along the side of the road, those are the distance markers).
