A geocache awaits your arrival near the Black River in Watertown, New York! Please read the full description below before trying to retrieve this cache..



A swag-filled cache awaits your arrival near the beautiful, mighty Black River. Pack a lunch, the kids and dogs and head to one of the greatest up-close views of the river in Northern NY, but please be careful near the water's edge! Don't forget the camera!

You're looking for a well camouflaged, standard ammo box. To keep it safe from the river, it's been placed HIGH & DRY! You'll have to bring out the inner-monkey in you to retrieve this cache!

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO KNOCK THIS DOWN WITH STICKS, ROCKS, ETC! IT'S ATTACHED SECURELY IN PLACE!

Plenty of public parking at Jefferson Community College is available near the cache. This is your best bet for quick access to ground zero.
