Are you interested in learning more about geocaching? Then this is the event for you!
This event is for geocachers with all levels of experience...even no experience!
There will be food, socializing, and a presentation covering the basics of geocaching. If you have questions, bring them with you.
There will be some new caches placed in the park if you are interested in that sort of thing :-)
We will meet in the Interpretive Center at Laura S. Walker State Park and tentatively follow the schedule below:
11:30am - Arrive and socialize
12:00pm - Eat lunch and socialize some more
12:30pm - Geocaching 101 Presentation
Lunch will be a covered dish dinner! If you plan on bringing any food or drink, please list that in your will attend log. If you have other questions about the event, feel free to contact us!
