This should be an easy find just off the pavement above the River Towy in Carmarthen.
Wheelchair accessible but the last few feet are on the grass.
Parking can be found nearby, but the nearest parking is permit only so be careful.

Micro cache so no room for swaps. Please bring your own pen or pencil.
