Geocache Description:

This cache IS at the posted coordinates. Please leave the container attached. You might need a tool to extract the log.

Congratulations to McGeesters for "FTF" honors!

We have slowly been working on the Oregon DeLorme Challenge (GCQKKE) which has gotten us into all of the counties in Oregon. Because of this, it seemed appropriate to do an Oregon County Challenge. In reviewing other challenges in Oregon, we discovered there was one (GCR9XY), but not very close to home. So, we decided to place a similar one here in the valley.

To qualify for this cache, you must: 1. Have found and logged caches in ALL 36 of the counties in Oregon. 2. Show these counties in some fashion.

If you use GSAK, you can generate an Oregon County Map showing all the counties you have cached in. Include this as part of the statistics shown on your profile page. I’m sure there are also other means of showing this.

We have tried to be consistent with the cache container as well as the cache location on all of our DJBACH CHALLENGE caches. Once you’ve found one, the rest should be easy. The hard part is qualifying to log the cache.

BRING TWEEZERS. PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE INSERT. Each of these bison tubes contains an insert with the log inside. This is to insure that the log remains dry. When the insert is taken and the log is placed directly into the bison tube, it gets wet and can’t be signed.
