Overview: Just off the trail between the Hollywood Riviera section of Torrance and PVE. It's a bison tube in plain sight from the right angle but you may need a common TOTT to extract it.

We are continuing to populate our neighborhood (the Hollywood Riviera) with geocaches, and have now built up a 17-cache power series along this 2-mile trail.
If you're not hiking the trail between caches, there is good parking on the PVE side (see cache name.), but you will still hike > 100 yards. This is not a muggle-free area; you might or might not be shielded from the houses not too far away, plus there are occasional fellow hikers. So be stealthy, behave non-suspiciously, act like you're a restive resting hiker, or whatever it takes.
